ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29958 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Condonment Polie Station every day at 06:30 a.m., until further orders, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police, until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29958 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30a.m.
