ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records relating to the Crime No.223 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, 1/4

Kottur Police Station, Coimbatore and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report is ready. He further submitted that final report may be filed before the concerned Court in due course.

3. In view of the completion of investigation and finding that there is a case made out against the accused and final report is prepared, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report once it is filed before the competent Court. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
