ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue an appropriate direction to the Station House Officer, T1 Police Station, Ambattur to comply with the order dated 30.01.2024 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 3483 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, by registering an FIR and conducting an investigation into the petitioner's complaint. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as per the order dated 30.01.2024 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 3483 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, a case in Crime No.958 of 2025 has been registered by the fourth respondent for the offences under Sections 465 and 458 of IPC as against the respondents 1 and 2 herein. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
