2. There has been no injunction for the past 21 years. In any event, the provisions of Section 54 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, would apply in the event of alienation. Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
3. Post the matter on 23.02.2026, at the request of the learned counsel for both sides.
