Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court orders dated 17.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.7960 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12466 of 2020 i.e. the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m.until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.K.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7948 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11295 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.7948 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11295 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, is modified and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
