The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court Mahila), Namakkal in I.A.No.286 of 2018 against O.S.No.14 of 2018 dated 20.11.2018.
2. Heard, Mr.S.Rajendrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Mahokaran learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. As per the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the suit was disposed of in Lok Adalat by order dated 07.11.2020. Hence, the relief claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous.
