The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of his representation dated 14.02.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for awarding the subject matter contract to him, by claiming that he is the successful bidder and there is no legal impediment for the respondents to award such contract to the petitioner.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation is still pending and not yet disposed of. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2018, if there is no legal impediment for the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
