Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Lr.No.419/CA1/AE dated 28.12.2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pass orders for grant of affiliation for P.G. Courses viz., M.B.A., and M.E., (Structural Engineering) and M.E., (Thermal Engineering) courses for the Academic year 2018-2019 after due inspection and verification of compliance of deficiencies submitted by the petitioner's college and to direct the respondents to permit 15 students in M.B.A., and 17 students in M.E., (Structural Engineering) and 14 students in M.E., (Thermal Engineering studying in the

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Lr.No.419/CA1/AE dated 28.12.2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pass orders for grant of affiliation for P.G. Courses viz., M.B.A., and M.E., (Structural Engineering) and M.E., (Thermal Engineering) courses for the Academic year 2018-2019 after due inspection and verification of compliance of deficiencies submitted by the petitioner's college and to direct the respondents to permit 15 students in M.B.A., and 17 students in M.E., (Structural Engineering) and 14 students in M.E., (Thermal Engineering studying in the petitioner college to participate in the 1st semester practical and theory examination for the year 2018-2019.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is for admitting student for the academic year 2018-2019. The period already crossed.

3. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
