Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to 4th respondent proceedings passed in Na.Ka.No. 136/D1PS/CMC/2024 dated 14.11.2024 and quash the same, consequently issued direction directing the 4th respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2024 in accordance with law.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the proceedings of 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 136/D1PS/CMC/2024 dated 14.11.2024 and consequently to direct 4th respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2024 in accordance with law.
2. According to the petitioner, the 10th respondent Temple is having several century old histories. In the said Temple, there are several anomaly in the administration of the Temple and other things. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to respondents 1 to 3 seeking to enquire into the matter. On receipt of the said complaint, the fourth respondent vide his communication dated 13.10.2024 directed 10th respondent Temple to submit particulars regarding the Temple administration and give co-operation to inspect the Temple. However, 3/7
10th respondent has not provided the said particulars to the fourth respondent. While that being so, the fourth respondent without taking any action as against the persons, who are against the welfare of the Temple, simply closed the complaint vide impugned order dated 14.11.2024. Hence, the present petition.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the fourth respondent-Police called for the particulars regarding Temple administration and also unauthorised Archagaras, who are working in 10th respondent Temple, but 10th respondent temple failed to submit the same. A letter dated 21.01.2025 has been placed before this Court, wherein it is stated that after receiving the particulars regarding Temple administration, respondents would cooperate with Police Officials and Government Officers and after giving prior notice to the petitioner regarding the issue, necessary protection to the Temple will be provided.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the impugned order passed by fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No. 4/7
136/D1PS/CMC/2024 dated 14.11.2024 is hereby quashed. Respondents 2 and 4 are directed to take action against the unauthorised Archagaras, who are functioning in 10th respondent Temple.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
