ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2023 in the light of the order dated 31.07.2023 made in O.P.No.97 of 2021 by the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, thereby regularize the service of the petitioner, after completion of 240 days from 05.12.2009, with all other consequential benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2023, in the light of the order dated 31.07.2023 made in O.P.No.97 of 2021 by the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
