ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.11.2019, since it was represented that change of vakalat has been given, this Court directed the Registry to remove the name of the counsel on record for the petitioner and print the name of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 25.11.2019 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Accordingly, today i.e. 25.11.2019 the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", but, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even though the petition is pending from the year 2013 without any progress and name of the petitioner has also been printed in the cause list and the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court is inclined to dismiss the same for non prosecution.
