ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN, J.) The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal petition that had been filed on 30.06.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Since the petitioner has sought a limited relief of directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal and considering the fact that the appeal itself was filed in the year 2023, we deem it fit to issue a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the said appeal.
4. Accordingly, the second respondent / District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri District, is directed to dispose of the appeal petition filed by the petitioner on 30.06.2023, as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
