The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that mistakes have crept in the paragraph No.4 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 22.01.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.4 of the order dated 22.01.2024 is to be read as follows:

"4.Taking all these factors into consideration, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of the Dean, Government General Hospital, Dharmapuri, for treatment of needy patients. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bon for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the 1/3

satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:"

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 22.01.2024 and re-issue a fresh order copy. 5.Time is extended for a period of two weeks from today to execute the sureties.
