Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider my application dated 31.10.2020 within a reasonable time in regards to regularization of innocent purchaser of land as per the G.O.M.S.No.565/ULC1/Revenue Department, dated 26.09.2008. ORDER

The petitioner claims that he is an innocent purchaser and has purchased a certain piece of property ignorant of the proceedings under the Urban (Ceiling and Regulation) Act and now seeks regularization of innocent purchaser of land in terms of G.O.M.S.No.565/ULC-1/Revenue Department, dated 26.09.2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and made a statement on instructions that the petitioner's request is under the active consideration of the Authorities and the Government and that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 18.02.2021 at 3.00 p.m. before the third respondent's office.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the same, no further direction is required to the given except that the third respondent is now required to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, grant them a fair and effective hearing and dispose of the appeal within a period of six (6) months from 18.02.2021.
