This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21726 of 2022 dated 09.09.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
