ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pay petitioner's full family pension within the time fixed by this Court by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2023 and 12.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2023 and 12.06.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
