This application has been filed to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator for a period of three months from 25.01.2024, so as to enable the Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings in A.P.No.4 of 2023 as between the applicants and the respondent.

A NO. 117 of 2025 2.Heard Mr.Vadiraj Anirudh S.G., learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.Naveen Sabari, learned counsel for the respondent. 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and that there is no unreasonable delay on the part of the both the parties. The learned counsel for the respondent also has no objection for the application being allowed.

4.Considering the same, the application is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitrator is extended for a further period of three months from 25.01.2024.
