This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directed the respondent to investigate and register the case in connection with C.S.R.No.30 of 2012 dated 04.03.2012. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.30 of 2012 and the same is closed.
3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
