This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24690 of 2022 on 13.10.2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
