ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to rectify the alleged error said to have crept in UDR Patta No.122 and thereafter to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2.The petitioner had given a representation to the 1st respondent on 26.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025, seeking to rectify the alleged error in UDR Patta No.122 and for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
