JUDGMENT

The appeal has been filed against the impugned decretal order dated 23.01.2015 passed in G.W.O.P. No.6 of 2014 by the District Court, Tiruvannamalai allowing the petition and appointing S.Susila, the respondent herein as a Guardian for G.Vijayalakshmi, who is a mentally retarded person. 2.The impugned order states that the Guardian Susila was permitted to alienate the schedule mentioned properties not below the guideline value.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, both sides would submit that the respondent Susila died on 15.02.2019 and the mentally retarded person namely Vijayalakshmi also died on 03.03.2019.

4.A perusal of the death certificate of the respondent Susila and the said Vijayalakshmi would show that they were died https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 15.02.2019 and 03.03.2019. In view of the death of both the persons, the appeal has become infructuous. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed. No costs.
