(CRIME NO.790/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition para 5(a) imposed in Crl.OP.14514/2020 dated 22.09.2020 by allowing the present Crl.M.P.No.656 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.JAI HARI SUDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14514 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
