This Petition has been filed to bring on record the Petitioners 3 to 6 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd Appellant Parvathi and rank them as the appellants 4 to 7 in the above A.S.No.28 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides.

3.The factum of death and details of legalheirs are not in dispute. Hence, this Petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the Appeal Suit after two weeks.
