3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 218 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.1,800/- is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the case for admission on 20.04.2022.
