ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the above revision.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Though notice was served and the names of the respondents were printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondents to contest the above delay in filing the revision.
4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition for condonation of delay and I find that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for not being able to prefer the revision within the statutory time of limitation. Hence, I am inclined to allow this application.
