ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in order dated 14.02.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.681 of 2018 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District.

2.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District, in Crl.M.P.No.4513 of 2017 on 17.01.2018, on condition that he should report before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.681 of 2018 for relaxation of the condition, in which, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, by order dated 14.02.2018, has modified the condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m. on every Monday. Against the said order, the petitioner has filed the present application for further modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that he has not got instructions as to whether the petitioner had complied with the earlier order dated 14.02.2018.

In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District, for relaxation of the conditions of bail.
