2. This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondent to extend the time for submission of tender in pertaining to Tender Invitation No.NIT.2/2019-20/BBC/Erode/dated 28.11.2019 from 08.01.2020 as envisaged under Rule 20 of the Tamilnadu Transparency in Tenders Rules 2000.
