This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the FIR in C.C.No.353 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police.

2. It is seen from the records that there are sufficient materials for the prosecution to proceed further with the investigation in this case. In fact, the petitioner had even given an undertaking at the time, when the bail was granted that he will cancel the sale deed executed in his favour. This has not been done till date.

3. This Court does not want to interfere with the investigation and this Court does not find any ground even entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
