Heard both sides and perused the records.

2.The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner company by preventing the respondents 2 to 6 and their associates so as to enable the petitioner to run the industry with the willing workers, thus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enabling free ingress and egress of men, material and vehicles to remove and transport the finished products from the petitioner's premises, which does not survive at this length of time. 3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the police authorities, if necessity arises. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
