This petition has been filed to call for the records pending on the file of the first respondent namely the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ranipet, Vellore District in Crime No.6/2015 and quash the criminal proceedings.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed, charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet as C.C.No.23 of 2018. Thereafter, on completion of trial, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet acquitted the petitioner by judgment dated 07.04.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
