The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.552 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry to the file of the Family Court, Nagapattinam, where the proceedings initiated by the petitioner for restitution of conjugal rights is pending.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the respondent/husband has no serious objection for the transfer petition being accepted.

3.Considering the fairness shown by the respondent/husband, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP.No.552 of 2024 in hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Nagapattinam, to be tried along with HMOP.No.78 of 2024. Considering the pendency of the proceedings from 2024 onwards, a direction is issued to the Family Court, Nagapattinam to dispose of HMOP.No.552 of 2024 on or before 31.01.2026. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
