This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the third respondent's order dated 06.01.2021 and quash the same.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
