The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent husband has no objection to the transfer being ordered, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. The learned Family Court Judge, Chennai shall dispose of the HMOP as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
