The prayer in the petition reads as follows:- "To amend the trial Court name as Special Subordinate Court II, Small Causes Court, Chennai instead of MACT, Special Subordinate Court II, Small Causes Court, Salem in the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in CMA.No.632 of 2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. "

2. We find that there is a mistake in the description of the trial Court in the order of this Court dated 29.07.2022 made in CMA.No.632 of 2020. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was filed against the order of the "Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special Subordinate Court No.II), Small Causes Court, Chennai". The description that appears in the order of this Court reads as "Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special Subordinate Court No.II), Small Causes Court, Salem."
