Learned counsel for the plaintiffs has not raised any serious objection for allowing A.No.116 of 2025, which has been filed by the defendant seeking leave of this Court to file additional documents. However, learned counsel would submit that documents may be received subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. Accordingly, A.No.116 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for and the additional documents filed by the defendant along with the said application are allowed to be received by this Court subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
