(CRIME NO.417 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of staying at Pudukottai and reporting before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station Pudukottai on every sunday and Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 21554 of 2021 vide order dated 01.12.2021 in Cr.No. 417 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 21554 of 2021, dated 01.12.2021.
