ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "calling for records pertaining to the impugned order dated 3rd March 2025 of the 2nd respondent in Application No. MA207733479 for passport bearing No. Page No.2/5
U9512700 and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner and re-issue the passport of the petitioner in application No. MA207733479 for passport bearing No. U9512700."
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.
3. The impugned order only directs the petitioner to apply afresh for the issuance of a passport along with the necessary documents. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application for issuance of a passport and the same shall be considered and the passport issued, if the application is otherwise in order. 4.Today, a letter dated 30.03.2025 has been produced stating that it was issued by the petitioner's guardian. However, a perusal of the impugned order clearly indicates that the said letter could not have been issued by the petitioner's guardian. 5.Therefore, the respondents shall not rely upon the said letter while considering the fresh application.

6.The respondents shall pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh application submitted by the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
