Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2021 on the file of learned Hon'ble Sub Court Judge at Pudukottai to Sub-Court, Bhavani and to try along with the H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2021 on the file of the learned Hon'ble Sub Court Judge at Bhavani.

ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai to the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2021.

2. The respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered provided the petition would be transferred to the Family Court, Erode, which is also having Jurisdiction.

3. Considering the fact that the marriage was solemnised at Erode, the petitioner has no objection to the matter being transferred to the file of the Family Court, Erode. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. H.M.O.P.No.55 of 2021, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Erode. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
