ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to take necessary disciplinary action against the third respondent, for misconduct in his duty, based on the representation dated 04.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner was issued with CSR in C.S.R.No.876 of 2024 and C.S.R.No.1039 of 2024 and the enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
