This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to condone the delay of 82 days in representing the A.D.No.147021 of 2025 in A.No.1190 of 2025 in C.S.No.54 of 2025.

2.Other side expressed no objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, and also considering the number of days in representation and in order to afford an opportunity to the applicant to contest the case, this Court deems it fit to allow this application.
