J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.KUMARESH BABU, J.) On 08.09.2023, this Court after recording that, repeated adjournments have been granted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant, had given a last chance to take out a fresh application. Even today, when the 1/3

matter is taken up, no application has been placed before us to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. It is an admitted case that the appellant herein has died on 17.09.2021, which is evidenced by the death certificate produced before us. In view of the aforesaid, the appeal had abated. Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed as abated, however with a liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased appellant to take out appropriate application, if they so desire.
