The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client wants to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the Family Court in which O.P.No.1847 of 2025 is pending. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

Recording the same, the CMP.No.2483 of 2026 is dismissed and the civil revision petition is rejected in SR stage itself with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the concerned court.
