ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor has placed on record a copy of the order passed in compliance to the judgment of this Court. It is after making the measurement of the land and thus, compliance of the order has been made.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that necessary correction in the revenue records has not been made after the measurement, thus, compliance has not been made.

3. To analyse the argument aforesaid, we have gone through the order sought to be complied and find that no direction has been given that after the measurement, necessary entries would be

made in the revenue record rather direction is only to pass necessary order which has been passed by the respondents. It is no doubt true that there is a delay in taking action in compliance of the order, but for that unconditional apology has been tendered and is accepted by us.

In view of the above, we close the contempt petition and discharge the notice. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondents in compliance of the order of this Court, if he is so aggrieved.
