O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.470 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially complaint was given by the sister of the petitioner against the second respondent's brother and his wife and the same was registered in Crime No.332 of 2018 on 20.09.2018. As a counter blast the second respondent has given a false complaint before the very same police on 16.11.2018 and FIR has been registered in Crime No.470 of 2018 against the petitioner and three others. The learned counsel would submit that the second complaint is completely false and it is only a counter blast for the first complaint given by the sister of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that both the complaints have been investigated by the first respondent police and that the investigation will be completed shortly.

4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime Nos.332 of 2018 and 470 of 2018 and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
