O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.11.2013.

2. It is seen that the complaint has been given on 20.11.2013 and this petition is pending on the file of this Court, since March 2014. Hence, this Court perused the complaint dated 20.11.2013. According to the petitioner, dispute arose between the petitioner and his mother on account of which, the petitioner and his wife left his parental home and a false case was foisted against him, for which, he has obtained anticipatory bail. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner that on 07.01.2013, one Selvi had withdrawn Rs.33,000/- and one Parthiban withdrawn Rs.25,000/- from his bank account. Even according to the petitioner, the transaction had taken place on 07.01.2013 which would have got reflected in his pass book, where as the complaint has been given only on 20.11.2013.

3. Under such circumstances, the complaint does not inspire the confidence of this Court for issuing a direction to the respondent to register a case. In the result, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
