This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30690 of 2024 .

This Court vide order dated 19.10.2024 issued a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2024 and to pass appropriate orders. However, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, since the representation made by the petitioner has not been considered, the Page No.1 of 3

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, an official liquidator has been appointed on 09.12.2024 and he has already taken charge. Hence, the order under contempt has been complied with.
