This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree made in C.M.A.No.6 of 2006 on the file of the District Judge Court, Nagapattinam dated 07.08.2007 reversing the Judgment and Decree made in E.A.No.86 of 2002 in E.P.No.43 of 2002 in A.R.C.No. 112/2000 on the file of Subordinate Judge Court, Thiruvarur dated 14.11.2005 .
