THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.840 of 2022 IN CRL OP.20603/2021 HASSAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, VEERAPANDI POLICE STATION, TIRUPPUR CR NO.1195 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he has report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.OP.No.20603 of 2021 by order dated 01.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20603 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
