O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash a FIR in Crime No.6 of 2021 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2021 has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri-II and the same has been taken cognizance.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised.
