When the matter was taken up, it was brought to the notice of this Court that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioners by order dated 10.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.776 of 2025, mentioned the Crime Number as 717 of 2025, instead of 717 of 2024 and thereby sought for modification in the order. As pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a mistake has crept in while mentioning the Crime Number. Therefore, Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in order dated 10.01.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
